Global Caring Group Ltd is a privately owned domiciliary care company, based in Coventry, established in 2020, born out of personal experience and commitment to providing high quality care. We are regulated and inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC)

Aims and Objectives

Global Caring Group Ltd aims to provide services which safeguard and promote the health, welfare and quality of life of vulnerable people living in their own homes.

Our key objectives are to provide services which:

• Show courtesy, dignity and respect
• Meet the assessed needs of service users
• Maintain service users’ self esteem
• Recognise the individuality and diversity of each service user
• Maximise independence
• Offer choices and enable service users and parents of young people who are being supported to make decisions about how the care is to be provided

Our vision is that by 2023, Global Caring Group Ltd will be an outstanding provider for care and care related services, which is recognised nationally by local government structures, health and social care stakeholders, clients and their families as the ‘first choice’ care provider which provides the highest standards of care through:

• Working in partnership with public, voluntary and private sector organisations in order to ensure our services and practices exceed quality assurance expectations.
• Supporting and professionally developing our staff in order to ensure they consistently provide a focused, outstanding and passionate caring service to our clients and their families.

Global Caring Group offers you the choice to remain independent in the comfort of familiar surroundings. We strive to offer a flexible and efficient service that is tailored to meet each person’s individual needs. We also operate a 24-hour emergency ‘out of office’ support to our service users and staff.
Global Caring Group Ltd provides services to:

• People with Learning Disabilities including young people and children
• People with Mental Health Illnesses including young people and children
• People with Physical Disabilities including young people and children
