My father started receiving care in August 2024. At first, he didn’t really want carers but agreed as I was unable to provide everything he needed by myself.
He has now got used to the 2 care calls daily. All the carers are extremely polite friendly and considerate towards Dad, They work with you as a family and agree on what help is implemented and are always happy to do more or tweak things slightly. So far we are more than happy with Global Care and would recommend them.
