All our staff undergo a full DBS check and are reference checked. They undertake a full programme of training commencing their employment with us and then complete on-going training on a regular basis to ensure their skills are kept in line with latest regulations.
Fully Qualified Carers in Coventry, Leicester and Gloucester
We ask that our care staff continue their professional studies by undertaking additional courses of personal development which begins with completing The Care Certificate and a Level 2 Diploma in Care. For those staff that already hold these qualifications we are able to offer them higher levels of Care Diplomas qualifications to ensure they continually strive to offer the best care possible. All staff working with children will attain qualifications to a minimum of Level 3 Diploma.

All visits to Service Users homes are carried out to meet Covid regulations. In these uncertain times we find ourselves living in, carers will always wear appropriate PPE, use hand sanitizers and wear face masks whenever required so you can be assured the safety of your loved one is always foremost in our services we offer.
